This 14.3% ABV barleywine ale has been aged for over one year in Willet Bourbon & Willet Rye whiskey barrels for a robust, malt-forward beer that features big toffee flavor along with burnt sugar & oaky vanilla character.
A blend of wild ale aged in wine barrels for 12-24 months, then refermented on 400lbs of whole Oregon blackberries for several months. Naturally carbonated in the bottle. The flavor is tart berry & wild funky golden ale combined.
This imperial stout is aged in second-use bourbon barrels for between 10 and 24 months to enhance the chocolate roast flavors with vanilla & toffee character from the infused oak. A 2021 release.
