Created for our friends at Chuck’s Hop Shop in the greater Seattle area, this un-aged barleywine is lightly dry-hopped with Mosaic hops for a touch of citrus hop flavor to cut some of the malty sweetness.
This Doppel Weizenbock is brewed with European-grown barley & wheat malts and then fermented with a traditional German yeast strain for a classic profile of caramel with clove & light banana esters. The perfect beer to keep you warm on a cool evening.
West Coast Triple-IPA brewed with Rye malt, WA-grown Genie pils & pale barley malt, with a little crystal malt. Simcoe, chinook & Citra on the hot side, with a dry-hop of Citra cryo, chinook, Simcoe cryo, Mosaic.
