Our friends from @futureprimitivebeer & @cerveceriatranspeninsular joined us to collaborate on the 2023 version of HOP GRIND, a Wet Hopped hazy IPA. This year we used hundreds of pounds of wet Simcoe hops from @sauve_hops and @carpenterhops to brew up a big hazy IPA with the dank citrus notes. Additional dry-hopping of Nelson & Simcoe Cryo Hops bumps up that terpy citrus character.
