This fruity Kolsch was brewed in collaboration with Bale Breaker for our 5th Anniversary and features a base of Washington-grown Genie pils malted barley with a small amount of locally grown wheat malt, then a generous hopping schedule of HBC 735 & Citra in the whirlpool & dry-hop. Fermented with Bale Breaker’s house kolsch yeast strain, the final beer is light with a bright floral and zesty citrus flavor. Perfect for quenching your thirst on a summer day!
