Dark Guardian (2023)

The darkness is your friend with the return of DARK GUARDIAN rye baltic porter. It’s still a smooth & delicious beast after lagering for a couple of months in oak barrels that previously held THE PHILOSOPHY OF TIME TRAVEL stout barleywine. The barrel lagering imparts a light touch of vanilla and oak that rounds off the corners on some of the roasted barley & rye malt. A touch of HBC 472 adds another note of wood and vanilla, tying DARK GUARDIAN together.
