We brewed this collaboration with Chukar Cherries for their 35th anniversary as an homage to their decadent chocolate covered cherries. Our stout features a base of Buzz barley malt and rich roasted barley malts, with cocoa powder added to the kettle and dark bing cherries added late in fermentation. Let it warm up to 55ºF to enjoy fruity dark chocolate with bright candied cherry flavors and mild sweetness in the finish.
