YCH connected us with Bravo Brewing Co. (Guangdong, China) to brew a remote collaboration West Coast IPA to be produced at both breweries. The characters for “Winged Horse” in Chinese can be an analogy for a creative idea, so we flew with that while creating this tropical & citrus forward IPA that features robust bittering from Nugget along with heavy use of Citra & Mosaic in the whirlpool & dry-hop.
