Brewed in collaboration with Lowercase Brewing (Seattle) using 100% Salmon Safe, Washington-grown barley malt from LINC Malt (Spokane) using the proscribed brewing process, but with kettle & bittering additions made with PNW-grown noble hop varieties Wurttemberg & Celeia from Virgil Gamache Farms. The beer is finished with a dry-hop of German-grown Hallertau Blanc late in the lagering process. The final product is a light & friendly pilsner with notes of heather honey from the malt, balanced against the floral, herbal spice & citrus of the hop additions.
West Coast Hell
This dry-hopped lager features a robust grist of Steffi Pils and Lyon Munich from LINC Malt, with a base hopping of X-14 from CLS Farms before a heavier dry-hopping of Comet & Citra for a bright, tropical citrus flavor that’s perfectly balanced with the malt.
