Brewed with WA-grown barley, Elwah Spelt & Cashup wheat. The bright citrus & tropical flavors start with a whirlpool addition of NZ grown Cascade, then we back it up with a heft dry-hop of Cascade, Amarillo & Citra and fermentation with a thiol releasing yeast strain for big tropical flavors.
