To celebrate our 5th Anniversary, our friends from Single Hill came over to help brew this tropical sour ale, featuring a whirlpool addition of Hull Melon hops and a late fermentation addition of Passionfruit, Mango & Guava puree, along with a top-note of vanilla for a tropical sour that’s almost ready for a slushie machine.
