Our take on a traditional smoked lager is a balancing act between the ingredients. Brewed with German pilsner & beechwood smoked malts, with hop additions of Herkules & Mittlefruh, it’s a lager with a mild & traditional smoke character & clean finish. Smoked beers can be difficult for many people to enjoy, but they pair so well with food that they can change minds quickly. Have it with a bratwurst, a slice of sausage & onion pizza, or some baba ganoush & pita bread. Artwork for this label was created by local artist Robbie Van Gone.
West Coast Hell
This dry-hopped lager features a robust grist of Steffi Pils and Lyon Munich from LINC Malt, with a base hopping of X-14 from CLS Farms before a heavier dry-hopping of Comet & Citra for a bright, tropical citrus flavor that’s perfectly balanced with the malt.
