Lisa Allen & Kevin Davey from Gold Dot Beer collaborated with us on this West Coast Pils, a modern style of hop-forward pilsner. With a light-weight malt body, this lager shows off the spicy, herbal aroma additions of Lorien, Mt Hood & Saaz, with a top-note of citrus from dry-hop additions of Citra Cryo Hops.
