Future Beach

Brewed in collaboration with Matchless (Tumwater,WA) this was supposed to be a West Coast IPA of the future… which means it’s a hazy IPA! No wheat or oats went into this beer, just Washington-grown Genie barley from LINC Malt. It’s unfiltered but we tried to clarify it as best we could.

So I guess the future is hazy. Oh well. We made a delicious and approachable IPA featuring loads of El Dorado, HBC 586 (So good!), Talus & Ekuanot for a bright, tropical base of mango, citrus zest & passion fruit that gets an added boost from released thiols that add additional guava & pineapple character.
If the hazy appearance bothers you, just close your eyes, imagine yourself on a future beach and enjoy the signals this beer sends to your brain.
