This 14.3% ABV barleywine ale has been aged for over one year in Willet Bourbon & Willet Rye whiskey barrels for a robust, malt-forward beer that features big toffee flavor along with burnt sugar & oaky vanilla character.
Created for our friends at Chuck’s Hop Shop in the greater Seattle area, this un-aged barleywine is lightly dry-hopped with Mosaic hops for a touch of citrus hop flavor to cut some of the malty sweetness.
