Varietal Beer Co. is a microbrewery & taproom located in the lower Yakima valley. Our goal is to produce beers for all levels of enjoyment, with each new beer creating a unique experience.

Returning Sun Blood Orange IPA (2024)
Extend the day with this blazing hazy IPA brewed with blood orange that we ferment with an English ale yeast strain for to hit the flavors of juice, boosted by orange zest and a dry-hop of Comet, Citra & Vista hops.
Coral Motel (2024)
This hazy pale features a hopping of Loral & Comet for bright citrus zest with a touch of stone fruit. The haze provides a medium body with a touch of bitterness in a dryer, refreshing finish than other hazy pales.

Our house sparkling hop water is infused with the citrusy flavors of El Dorado & Citra varietal Hop Kick from Haas.
