Brewed in collaboration with HAAS Innovations Brewery (Yakima), this hazy IPA features El Dorado Incognito in the Whirlpool and a dry-hop of HBC 1019! HBC 1019 produces a ripe peach flesh flavor that goes great with the bright pineapple of El Dorado. We fermented LUPUCALIA with Berkeley Yeast‘s London Tropics yeast strain which releases additional thiols for a big boost to the tropical flavor & aroma.
