IXION IPA

We celebrate what should be the 49th birthday of Seattle publican Matt Bonney with this juicy IPA. Brewed in collaboration with Brouwer’s Cafe using Cascade, Simcoe & unnamed HBC experimental hops for a combination of classic, pithy grapefruit & modern tropical flavor, it shows up approachable but leaves a lingering bitterness.  Raise a glass to Mr. Centaur!
